He’s led WHS programs across various locations and operations, mentored teams, and shaped procedures that work on the ground.

Sharon brings over 20 years of experience in safety leadership across industries including retail, construction, logistics, and government.

With a Master’s in Occupational Health and Safety, a Bachelors degree in Environment and Biology, and a background in coaching and compliance, she’s known for her people-first approach and sharp operational insight.

She’s led safety strategy for major national brands, overseen compliance for hundreds of sites, and trained teams at every level – from frontline to executive.
